About team:
The EU Marketing Team for Tik Tok Shop communicates to Shoppers, Creators and Sellers and makes sure more people know about Tik Tok Shop.
Intro to role:
The EU Marketing Intern will hold a central role in shaping our brand's narrative and ensuring consistent messaging across all B2B channels and countries as well as the timely delivery of assets in coordinating mostly B2B marketing projects across Germany, France, Italy and Spain. The ideal candidate will have strong ownership, operate hands-on and understand that building the future means you need to be one step ahead.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination support
  • Support to oversee localization completion, approval processes, budget fulfilment and further approval processes
  • Support local special project completion (in-person or virtual events)
  • Support with documentation and reporting
  • Develop into first POC for design and copy
  • Content management
  • LinkedIn content management across countries
  • Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice and resonates with the target audience.
  • Coordinate content production schedules and deadlines, work with other departments to gather necessary data and coordinate with localizers (copy) and design from creative team
  • Analysis and Reporting
  • Responsible for project documentation and performance/goals tracking content performance on ad hoc basis (will increase over time)

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficient in both English and French to collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Proven experience in Marketing coordination or Marketing management incl. creative brief management, asset production, documentation
  • Analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset
  • Exceptional written and communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management across levels
  • Very organized and result driven, able to perform at a fast pace

Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of content marketing principles and best practices
  • LinkedIn experience
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms
  • Experience of start-up environment
