About the Role

As Talent Acquisition Intern for Tik Tok Trust & Safety's team, you will support recruitment for various roles such as Product Managers, Data Scientists, Program Managers and Algorithm Trainers etc. You will provide excellent candidate experience and look to optimise recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Participating in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from hiring managers and TA Partners, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process.
• Sourcing, targeting, and building pipelines of candidates' databases.
• Professional partnering with the TA Partners, hiring managers, and team leaders on hiring needs.
• Supporting new project (s), and/or optimizing current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Achieving a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):

• Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree/Master in Human Resources, Business Administration and related fields.
• Demonstrate fluent proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Self-starter who has an appetite for learning new things.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates who is about to commit to a full time 6 months internship or at least 3 days a week.
