Agency Growth Operation Manager (South Korea) - TikTok LIVE

Tik Tok LIVE-Regional Operations-Korea aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging, enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. Members with high motivation to grow gather, and there is a culture of open discussion from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.

Responsibilities:

• You will be in charge of acquiring creator agency, community growth, and business partnership in Tik Tok LIVE. This is a position where you can grow Tik Tok LIVE together as a partner while building a good relationship value with agencies.
• Formulate agency strategies based on market and competitive research
• Developing new entertainment agencies and forming partnerships
• Providing support for live streaming activities including report creation for entertainment agencies
• Creating manuals and community guidelines for entertainment agencies
• Conducting workshops for entertainment agencies
• Management of goals and KPI and data analysis
• Planning and executing other related policies

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in IT, media industry or entertainment related sales or business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in an international and diverse environment
• Proficiency in Korean as this role is required to be in charge of the Korean market

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the LIVE streaming industry
• Experience in B2B new business sales
• Experience building and managing a team from scratch
