About Our Team:

Tik Tok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with live agencies on daily operations, handling requests such as traffic resource allocation, ban appeal resolution, and campaign rollout communication.
• Support data analysis and performance tracking for daily agency operations, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization.
• Support content design, poster production, campaign rollout, and participation tracking for major campaigns, along with proposing optimization suggestions.
• Announce and follow up on key updates.
• Collaborate with and provide day-to-day support to other internal teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification(s)

• Currently pursuing at least an Undergraduate degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or other related discipline

• Proficient in reading and writing Chinese, English, and Malay to collaborate with members from Chinese and Malaysian associations

• Able to commit to 5 days per week

• Preferred Qualification(s)

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams to achieve tasks and goals

• Solid data analysis skills
