The e-commerce industry has experienced tremendous growth in recent years, becoming a highly competitive arena among leading Internet companies. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
Responsibilities
- Assisting E-commerce livestream conducting, including voucher setting, product review, creator team & seller negotiation.
- 1:1 creator management: closely manage creators to help them increase GMV performance & encourage them for more content supply.
- Participating in creator growth project planning & execution, leveraging platform resources to incubate creators.
- Daily data tracking and monitoring to optimize task results and control resource usage
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled University student who is able to work 5 days a week for at least 3 months
- Good understanding of Tik Tok Shop, E-commerce, Tik Tok content & trending.
Especially Tik Tok livestream:
- Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
- Good data sense with logical-thinking ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Have strong networking/experience working with creator/ influencers
- Preferably with related experience in influencer marketing
