Responsibilities:

About the Team:

Tik Tok's SMB (Small and Midsize Business) Team aims to help businesses and brands unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on Tik Tok.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide marketing and advertising consultation to small and medium businesses to maximize their revenue on Tik Tok advertising platform
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional products or services to clients.
  • Monitor, analyse and explore new revenue opportunities for clients via Tik Tok Advertising Solutions
  • Create optimization strategies for the clients. The strategies can include:
  1. Tik Tok Creative tips and best practices
  2. Advertising performance recommendations (bidding,budget,targeting, etc)
    1. Help clients identify and build strong value proposition on Tik Tok advertising platform
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with external customers and internal stakeholders (Ads Policy, Finance, Product, etc.)
  • Focus on Lifestyle and Electronic markets, and comfortable communicating in Chinese, as some of the sellers are originally from China

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as an Account Manager in digital advertising/tech industry;
  • Comfortable having sales target as KPI;
  • Strong analytical skill and sound ability to identify key insights to to share with clients;

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to details and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meeting deadlines;
  • Experienced working in a fast-paced client support environment;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Fast learner, self starter and able to work well individually and as a team
