About the Team:

Pangle is the Ad Network of Tik Tok for Business, connecting worldwide advertisers with 1B+ DAUs through thousands of locally popular publishers. Pangle has established an industry-leading Ad Network in 20+ emerging markets, with proven success in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Responsibilities:

• Build Pangle's identity resolution spine, enabling ed ad experiences.
• Anticipate shifts in ation, Insights, and vertical experience units. Leverage signals to empower and enhance their products, driving cohesive strategies that amplify impact across the organization.
• Analyze complex business challenges and identify key opportunities to inform product development. Prioritize features that not only enhance user experience but also drive advertiser satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of working experience in Ad Tech/Mar Tech, programmatic advertising, data platforms, or large-scale ML systems. We welcome candidates from product, engineering, data science, or analytics backgrounds; prior product-management title is not required.
• Demonstrated ability to guide highly technical engineering conversations on architecture, data integrity, and trade-offs at scale.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of operating-system and network fundamentals-e.g., browser request lifecycle, mobile/desktop OS, network protocols-is a strong plus.

For Pay Transparency Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165120 - $311600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
