About the team
Tik Tok's Ads Measurement Product team builds products that help marketers and brands realize their true business value generated by Tik Tok and across all of their paid channels. We're looking for a Product Manager to build attribution and optimization products to help marketers and brands realize and improve their true business value generated by Tik Tok and across all of their paid channels. You will work with cross-functional teams across the globe on products that touch 'millions' of advertisers.

Responsibilities:

-Set the vision, develop the roadmap, build and launch ad attribution and optimization products that help -advertisers meet their goals and see their true business value generated by Tik Tok
-Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals and objectives for ad measurement products
-Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Sales to develop, test, and launch products

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, having taken one or more internet products through the full product cycle, from requirements to launch (this does not include total years of experience)
• 3+ years of related experience within the ads measurement or delivery space
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent science/technical field is preferred

Job Information:

For Pay Transparency Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165120 - $311600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
