Responsibilities

Responsible for building and maintaining a Global CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Platform and Transaction Platform for sales and marketing agents/partners, working closely with the Sales Operations Management Platform (SOMP) to create a stable, flexible, and smart platform. We enhance commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction through various intelligent marketing tools, ensure the stability and security of customer fund transactions, and reach a balance between revenue, risks, efficiency, and client experience for the monetization of Tik Tok.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2026. Internships at Tik Tok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at Tik Tok.

Internships at Tik Tok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks beginning in 2026 .

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on cackend development of Byte Dance's proprietary CRM platform.
• Turn Byte Dance's proprietary CRM into an enterprise-ready, market-leading SaaS platform leveraging best practices from the industry.
• Understand users' personalized requests and come up with scalable technical solutions.
• Build a globalized CRM System with high performance and availability across multiple regions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related fields.
• Experience with Java is preferred.
