Our Talent Acquisition team is at the forefront of scaling one of the fastest-growing startups globally. We need the brightest recruiting minds to match our rapidly expanding business needs while bringing the best and most diverse talent into the company.

Tik Tok is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our team. This is not an ordinary recruiting role but an exciting opportunity to work at one of the fastest-growing startups globally! In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion.

As a Talent Sourcer, you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers on strategic talent sourcing, identification, and engagement. Your role will primarily consist of identifying and reaching out to people to pique their interest in working at Tik Tok and consistently answer the question: who should we be reaching out to? You will partner directly with the hiring team to develop search strategies based on role requirements, perform market mapping research, and execute on hard to fill roles.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on complex and difficult searches, using data driven insights to drive sourcing activity.
• Identify, evaluate and suggest potential candidates sourced through various networks and using various tools.
• Craft compelling reach out messages that ensure a high response rate and strengthen employer brand.
• Develop pipelines of candidates from backgrounds that are underrepresented at Tik Tok for current and future hiring needs.
• Act as a market researcher and build out analysis that helps to inform recruitment strategies.
• Ensure high quality candidate and internal stakeholder experiences by building strong partnerships and fostering transparency with progress updates on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• In-house and/or agency talent sourcing experience with some understanding of how to navigate in a complex organization with a certain level of ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in start-ups/ technology/logistic industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience using talent market insights and data to influence stakeholders and decision making across functional teams.
• Desire to understand people and their motivations and determination to find them and engage with them in a meaningful and tailored way.
• Ability to work on multiple and competing priorities with the ability to shift focus when needs and requirements change.
• Dedication to building diverse teams.
