Responsibilities:

A) Operational Duties in Creator Management Business:

• Formulation, execution, and effectiveness measurement of strategies for game live creator management.
• Operation of creator communities aimed at enhancing engagement with creators.
• Development of in-app features, content creation, and localization activities to support game live streaming activities.
  B) Planning, execution, effectiveness measurement, and bridging role for app internal events, as a member of the event development team:
  -Analyzing the needs and challenges of each creator segment to construct and implement app internal events that maximize growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification(s)

• Expected to work in the Tokyo office

• Fluent in Japanese; Business-level proficiency in Chinese or English, as this role requires close communication and coordination with both China-based and overseas teams

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Strong interest and understanding of the live streaming industry, particularly game live creators

• Experience in managing communities of creators

• Preferred Qualification(s)

• Experience in the game live streaming industry

• Experience in operating Discord

• Ability to constantly grasp new gaming trends and generate ideas for live event planning

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in an international and diverse environment
