Responsibilities:

Tik Tok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into Tik Tok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within Tik Tok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love.

The France team is seeking a CAP Manager who is responsible for Managing and maintaining a strong network of relationships with external (local and international) agencies but also helping with the efficient onboarding of agency partners, helping to activate and grow their creator roster and generating revenue on Tik Tok Shop.

Responsibilities:

• Perform online and offline training sessions for both creators and agencies on the key function and ongoing updates of Tik Tok Shop.
• Regular data analysis on agencies' e-commerce performance and identifying key growth areas for your agencies alongside team-based data tasks.
• Troubleshooting and navigating internal blockers with various teams inclusive of product development requests.
• Product support incl. topline analysis and merchandising (to grow Brand:Creator relationships, engage creator followers and drive GMV).
• Account Management - helping agencies with day-to-day tasks (product lists, compliance requests, short video production, LIVE support, data analysis) inclusive of adhoc team requests.
• Provide full spectrum support to the CAP team on a daily basis and help with daily requests.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a diverse range of people and job functions
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong in both verbal and written communication, flexible in an organisational environment
• Extensive relevant experience in content-based platform
• Strong connections with creators and creator agencies is preferred in managing diverse teams
• Excellent logical analysis ability and data; experience in commerce is a plus
• Professional fluency in French is required.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is required to perform content proofreading and stakeholder collaboration supporting the Chinese market.
