The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We're currently seeking a Logistics intern to join our logistics operations team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Commercial Intern to support our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to ongoing commercial projects, supplier management initiatives, and new project launches across Europe. The ideal candidate brings a combination of analytical thinking, attention to detail, self-motivation, and a strong interest in logistics, supplier management, procurement, and e-commerce operations.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze carrier operations performance (collection and delivery performance ) and other logistics metrics highlighting key gaps versus targets
• Support with carrier WBR deep dives and to help on solving operational issues between couriers and merchants
• Prepare ah-doc reports on metrics, etc.,
• Propose new initiatives using AI tools to optimise logistics day to day operations

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree at university, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12+ weeks on a full-time basis;
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently, with strong communication skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, lookups), Data analysis and ability to report idea's in a clear manner.
• High Oral fluency in Italian and English to support communication with Stakeholders, vendors, and 3PLs in both Italian and English Market.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior internship or academic project experience Data Engineering and Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Ideally familiar with case management tools (e.g., Pearl, Jira, Service Now) and GTM (go-to-market)/project frameworks (e.g., RACI, critical path tracking);
• Strong analytical mindset with exposure to data visualisation or reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and a collaborative team player.
