Responsibilities
Tik Tok's Agency Partnership Managers are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within Tik Tok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a dynamic experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands. We are now looking for an Agency Partnerships Manager at the Nordic level, with responsibility for the Norwegian market.
As an Agency Partnerships Manager, you'll build strategic agency relationships to drive growth, innovation, and adoption of Tik Tok's advertising solutions. By combining thought leadership, education, and collaboration, you'll position Tik Tok as an important strategic partner and ally.
- Lead and grow a portfolio of top media agencies through product adoption and scaled solutions
- Execute strategic account plans aimed at driving significant investment growth
- Create, test, and scale local initiatives to educate and inspire agency stakeholders, positioning Tik Tok's product suite as a leading business-driving platform
- Identify new business opportunities for agencies to partner with Tik Tok and generate incremental revenue streams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve products, processes, and client relationships
- Shape and strengthen Tik Tok's external narrative in the Norwegian market
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in performance or digital marketing, with a focus on client-facing strategy or consulting
- Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills
- Deep understanding of the Nordic and Norwegian agency landscape and established industry network in Norway
- Proven strategic ability to lead and develop high-impact partnerships
- Proven ability to advise and influence senior executives
- Demonstrated record of exceeding commercial and revenue objectives
- Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital and programmatic sales, with hands-on expertise in campaign management tools
- Strong understanding of measurement and campaign performance, with the ability to analyse results and deliver actionable recommendations
- Skilled at collaborating and influencing cross-functional teams, including product, marketing science, and brand strategy
- Self-starter and fast learner with a proactive, start-up mindset
