About the Team:

The LIVE team is dedicated to optimizing all aspects of Tik Tok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, features, and data analysis to creator education, campaigns, and supporting agencies, we ensure a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users. Our mission is to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster positive experiences for creators and agencies alike.

We're seeking a highly motivated Center of Excellence Intern to support the Tik Tok LIVE MENAT team in building data-driven strategies, analyzing operational performance, codifying best practices, and driving cross-functional alignment.

This role is ideal for an analytical , and impact driven professional who is passionate about LIVE ecosystem, Creator ecosystem, and operational efficiency.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 6 month long internship period. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.

• Performance Analytics and Insights

• Build dashboards and recurring reports to track LIVE health metrics

• Run deep dives on program performance, creators, formats, and campaigns; identify opportunities and risks.

• Conduct A/B test readouts; summarize insights into clear recommendations.

• Best Practices and Playbooks

• Consolidate learnings into concise playbooks for Creator Network maintenance and upgrade, and LIVE Creator optimization

• Maintain a knowledge base of SOPs, checklists, and process maps; ensure version control and discoverability.

• Program Management Support

• Assist in planning and tracking CoE initiatives across MENAT.

• Coordinate cross-functional inputs, define milestones, and monitor OKRs.

• Support pilots and scale-up efforts for new formats, tools, or operational processes.

• Tooling and Automation

• Design and enhance internal dashboards and templates to drive efficiency, and streamline workflows.

• Stakeholder Enablement

• Prepare GTMs, briefs, and post-mortems for internal teams.

• Synthesize complex information into crisp, actionable narratives for leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Data/Stats, Engineering, Information Systems or Media)
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data manipulation and interpretation.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and BI tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, SQL basics, Tableau/Looker/Power BI). Experience with Python/R is a plus.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to translate data into clear stories and playbooks.
• Structured thinker with high ownership, attention to detail, and a bias for action.
• Interest in LIVE streaming, creator economy, and digital content trends in MENAT.
• High oral and written fluency in English and Arabic required, Chinese/Turkish is a strong plus. Our team works with stakeholders from both the Middle East and globally and will be required to communicate effectively with them.
