About our team
The Global E-commerce Governance and Experience (GNE) team is committed to building a safe, trusted, and high-quality marketplace for users, sellers, and creators around the world. We design policies, systems, and operations to ensure exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to join our Governance and Experience (GNE) team. This global team is responsible for ensuring that our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for users, sellers, and creators alike.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee key regional and global projects, ensuring structured planning, effective execution, and alignment with business objectives.
2. Drive cross-functional collaboration across global e Commerce teams by coordinating communication, gathering business requirements, and developing scalable collaboration frameworks that enhance operational efficiency.
3. Manage key governance routines, including strategic meetings and reporting, to ensure consistent external representation and transparent, well-aligned internal communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years of experience in project management, consulting, or business analysis within the e-commerce governance or customer experience domain.
2. Strong critical and logical thinking skills with the ability to lead diverse projects through structured planning, communication, risk assessment, problem solving, and SOP development.
3. Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and a fast learner, with proven experience in e Commerce governance, customer experience or service operations or cross-functional management.

Preferred Qualification

1. International work or academic experience is a strong plus.
