Responsibilities

We use an AIGC large model, deep learning, machine learning and other technologies to establish a safe and trusted connection between billions of active users and the company's commercial products (advertising, e-commerce, live broadcast, etc.). By building a highly concurrent and highly reliable risk control system, we can perceive and deal with the risks of commercial products in real time. By building an end-to-end deep learning model and machine learning system, we can understand the content of commercial products and automatically review tens of millions of content in a short time. Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for understanding content of advertisements, including titles, images, videos, OCR texts, ASR texts, etc.
2. Responsible for the construction of models, such as AIGC model, image/video model, multimodality model, etc.
3. Responsible for model acceleration, improving inference efficiency while maintaining the effectiveness of models.
4. Responsible for tracking and implementation of SOTA technologies in the CV/Multimodality.

1. Familiar with model training frameworks, such as tensorflow, pytorch, mxnet, etc.3. Proficiency in building or finetuning LLMs at scale. Worked across CV, NLP or text/audio technologies.

Preferred Qualifications1. Excellent algorithm foundation and programming ability, familiar with mainstream programming languages such as python/c++.2. Familiar with NLP-related tasks, such as text classification, keyword matching, large language model (LLM), etc.3. Familiar with CV-related tasks, such as image/video classification, object detection, retrieval, etc.4. Familiar with multimodality technologies, such as vision-language pretraining.5. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields.6. Job InformationFor Pay Transparency Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118657 - $359720 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
