Responsibilities:

Team Introduction
The Tik Tok Shop Talent Acquisition team focuses on building high-performance teams for Tik Tok's Logistics team across SEA, shaping the future of E-Commerce.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening and engaging top talents.
2. Support strategic talent-mapping, market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth.
3. Support new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
5. Support Talent Acquisition in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

1.Undergraduate or Master's Student in Psychology / Management (Business Organization field).
2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.Experience in an e-commerce or logistics company, particularly as a Talent Acquisition intern.
2.A curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
3.Comfortable with administrative and repetitive tasks.
4.Experience in conducting research (academic/campus or professional).
5.Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months internship and available for a full time internship (no ongoing classes).
