Responsibilities:

Our Infrastructure Engineering team build and operate hyper-scale datacenters, manage the life cycle of server fleet, allocate cloud resources and create various cloud solutions, and provide infrastructure services including widely distributed Content Distribution Networks (CDNs).

The team build and leverage various platforms to manage and interact with our infrastructures and services. To support the fast growth and improve operation efficiency, these platforms need to be feature rich, easy to use, scalable, agile and compliant to with policies and procedures.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams on cutting edge technologies to define infrastructure platforms.

• Understand the cloud and physical data center ecosystem, market, competition, and user requirements in depth.
• Evaluate industry innovations and technology platforms, and identify partnership and collaboration opportunities.
• Decompose complex solutions into iterative chunks of work, and make the difficult and high-judgment trade-offs between features and time-to-market.
• Create strategic product roadmaps, coordinate and manage the product development schedule.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in designing and managing server fleet management, server operation, system engineering or data center engineering and operation software and services.

• Hands-on experience in delivering product requirement documents and product design using software such as Figma, etc.

• Experience in at least one major cloud provider's services, e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, Ali Cloud, etc.

• Experience in driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.

• Experience with agile project management and tools such as Jira.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (or Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience) in Computer Science or related engineering fields.

• 2 years experience in building/shipping cloud and infrastructure products, and familiar with product development life cycles.

• Strong communication skills to manage a large degree of interaction with cross-functional teams and customers.

• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.

• Ability to articulate product requirements per the audience (high level to deep low level technical).

• Good understanding of cloud infrastructure security requirements.

Job InformationFor Pay Transparency Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $122360 - $246400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
