Indonesia Small Medium Business team takes the responsibility to manage sellers from scratch via omni-channels, accelerate the growth cycle for platform via strategy approach and provide accessible, quality & effective education and engagement throughout the whole seller lifecycle to drive their business success. While ID SMB Strategy takes an important role in target setting, budget management, data enhancement and strategy production.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of end-to-end acquisition strategy planning and execution for key industries in Indonesia (e.g. Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, Electronics), defining industry development stages and clear goals to drive scalable acquisition growth.
• Based on Tik Tok Shop and Tokopedia platform characteristics, combined with local consumer trends and competitive landscape in Indonesia, develop differentiated industry operating and seller management strategies, and build replicable industry playbooks and methodologies.
• Deeply understand common pain points and core needs of merchants at different development stages within each industry, and build a data-driven, end-to-end operating framework to improve overall industry operating efficiency.
• Build and monitor an industry-level OKR system, tracking key metrics such as industry scale, penetration, merchant structure and supply health; break down and attribute OKRs, and adjust industry development direction in a timely manner based on data insights.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including assortment, integrated marketing, product to land platform capabilities and resources in priority industries and establish a closed-loop industry incubation mechanism.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in e-Commerce or internet operations/strategy/business analytics; experience in industry planning, category operations or ecosystem incubation
• Detail-oriented, responsible and results-driven, with strong self-motivation and learning agility; able to iterate quickly in a fast-changing and ambiguous environment.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is required to operate effectively in an international business environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience serving mid/long-tail or larger-scale merchants, with in-depth understanding of merchant business models and growth journeys in at least one e-commerce industry/category, and clear views on industry development patterns.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL; proficiency in one of AI agent is a plus. Hands-on experience in modeling or large-scale data analysis is preferred, with the ability to translate data insights into concrete strategies and projects.
