About the Team

The Tik Tok Global Monetization Product Team works to build innovative advertising and e-commerce products that drive revenue and create value for our global creators and businesses.

We're looking for Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support the Monetization Product team. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our various business demands. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts D&I best practices, and partner closely with colleagues and key stakeholders through the hiring journey.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand hiring needs and partner closely with TA Partners and stakeholders to manage the sourcing strategy for key talent across varying levels of experience
  • Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals
  • Support recruiters in candidate management, interviewing, and sourcing across various departments and locations
  • Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via LinkedIn and alternative search techniques)

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing experience in a high-volume environment via search firm or in-house recruiting environment
  • Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media, or technical forums

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 2+ years experience recruiting and sourcing experience specifically focused on Product Management roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks
  • A strong passion for this industry and demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $30 - $50.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
