Tik Tok's Global Communications team is charged with telling the company's story and protecting the public trust that is fundamental to Tik Tok's success. The team works across all business functions and regions to clearly articulate what Tik Tok is, what it stands for, and how it operates. Through clear, authentic, and purposeful storytelling, Global Comms engages the many audiences that interact with the platform, including global media, policymakers, key opinion leaders, professional creators, communities, and businesses of all sizes. About the Role
Tik Tok's Global Communications team is looking for a strategic, hands-on Creative PR Manager to join our Latin America team, based in Brazil. This role sits at the intersection of culture, technology, and reputation, playing a key part in shaping Tik Tok's public narrative across the region.

Responsibilities
- Lead proactive, culturally relevant communication strategies that connect creators, SMBs, and audiences to the Tik Tok brand.
- Act as a strategic partner to Operations, Marketing, Social, and Public Policy teams, bringing bold ideas that challenge the status quo.
- Build strong relationships with media, key opinion leaders, and creator communities to generate distinctive, earned cultural moments.
- Drive reputation management efforts across Latin America through innovative, insight-driven PR strategies.
- Translate complex policy, safety, and business topics into clear, compelling narratives for external audiences.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in communications, PR, or marketing (entertainment, tech, or related industries preferred).
- Full professional proficiency in Portuguese and English (English is required for daily collaboration with global partners).
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Social, and Creator teams to deliver integrated communication strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Track record of leading creative, differentiated campaigns in competitive markets.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Passion for storytelling and media relations across Latin America
