Project Intern
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, clean, and analyze data using Excel to deliver actionable insights for our teams.
• Dashboard Creation & Maintenance: Use BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to build and maintain dashboards that track key performance metrics.
• Strategic Thinking: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations that align with our broader business objectives.

• Process Improvement: Identify and suggest process improvements for data handling, analysis, and reporting workflows.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Enrollment: Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excel Proficiency: Demonstrated skill in advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make logical recommendations.
• Strategic & Critical Thinking: Comfortable evaluating complex scenarios and proposing well-structured solutions.
• Language Requirements :Proficient JP and EN.

Preferred qualifications:

• Data Tools Knowledge : Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and/or experience with SQL.
• Eagerness to Learn: Passionate about data and analytics, with a desire to expand skill sets and grow professionally.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills; able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
