Responsibilities
Team Introduction

In Local Services, through POI, Video, LIVE, Search, and other various products, services and roles related to life are creatively connected, making the daily life experience richer, more unique and more innovative.
At the same time, Local Services creates an inclusive and fair healthy business environment, helping merchants, service providers, creators and other roles to continuously create revenue and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Tik Tok GO's overall brand and marketing strategy, developing integrated communication plans across industries and markets. Partner with local campaign and co-marketing teams to strengthen brand awareness among merchants and business partners.
- Drive industry-focused marketing and education initiatives such as industry forums, merchant conferences, whitepapers, data reports, and case studies to enhance Tik Tok Go's thought leadership and industry presence.
- Analyze global and domestic industry dynamics and trends, leveraging a deep understanding of international media operations to design innovative and results-oriented integrated communication strategies. Drive communication initiatives including business case promotion and industry value storytelling to enhance brand influence.
- Develop and continuously refine Tik Tok GO's brand messaging framework and external communication guidelines, driving impact-driven campaigns and social value storytelling to strengthen brand relevance and advocacy.
- Manage and optimize digital brand assets, including social media channels, external and internal content portals, ensuring consistency and alignment across all communications.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
-
Fluent written and oral proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to collaborate with internal and external regional stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Experienced in business marketing and commercial partnerships, content solutions or sponsorships with at least 5 years of experience managing a team.

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
-
Proven understanding of the global media landscape.
-
An excellent communicator who can successfully build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

Ability to multitask efficiently under pressure and ambiguity, with self-starting and motivated attitudes in a cross-cultural and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience of building and leading a marketing and brand department at a commercial organisation.

Experience working in social media, Internet, Technology companies.

Experience working in cross-border, multi-cultural environment is preferred.
-
Ability to cope well and gain trust with a broad spectrum of internal stakeholders, proven track record of working in a dynamic and large organization is preferred.
