About the Team:
The Safety Product team is at the forefront of building and optimizing content safety systems. With a focus on optimising and advancing content safety, we leverage advanced large language models to enhance review efficiency, risk control, and user trust. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, we deliver scalable solutions that keep pace with rapid global growth.
As a Product Manager on the User Governance team, you will play a key role in enhancing our account review systems to prevent bad actors from exploiting the platform. Your experience in online safety, content moderation, or abuse detection will be crucial in shaping detection strategies, improving enforcement mechanisms, and driving impactful solutions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize User Governance products to detect, review, and take action on harmful accounts efficiently.
- Lead end to end product management, from ideation to execution, ensuring continuous iteration and improvement.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, operations, and policy teams to define roadmaps and improve account review workflows.

- Analyze emerging risks and escalations, using data-driven insights to refine detection mechanisms and enforcement policies.
- Enhance AI/ML based detection models to improve precision and recall in identifying harmful accounts while minimizing false positives.
- Utilize data analysis tools to measure impact, drive optimizations, and inform product decisions.
- Conduct A/B and A/A testing to assess product changes and iterate effectively.
- Assess workflow inefficiencies, identifying process gaps and implementing automation or policy changes for better enforcement.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications
-
3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in Trust & Safety, account safety, or abuse detection.

Strong understanding of user governance, automated enforcement systems, and adversarial behavior in online platforms.

Experience in AI/ML-driven risk detection, abuse prevention, or content moderation.

Ability to influence product roadmaps and drive prioritization based on safety and enforcement needs.

Preferred Qualifications
-
Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python) and experience working with large datasets to identify trends.

Experience working in 0-1 and 1-10 product roles, building scalable solutions from scratch.

Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
