The Ads Platform team is responsible for the business-facing solutions within Tik Tok for Business ecosystem. Our mission is Empower clients to excel on Tik Tok by offering comprehensive, easily accessible insights and tools. As the window of Tik Tok's business services, we build tools and solutions to enable and inspire clients effortlessly connecting with audiences and maximizing brand potential.

Responsibilities:

• Define & Prioritize: Shape the end-to-end experience-from onboarding to growth-for small and midsize businesses. Identify and champion innovative features that boost advertiser success.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Design to align on objectives, trade-off decisions, and launch plans.
• Drive Strategic Partnerships: Explore new opportunities with internal teams and external partners to scale our solutions and expand our ecosystem.
• Data-Driven Growth: Leverage customer feedback, user research, and behavioral analytics to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and fuel continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree
• 3+ years of work experience as product manager, going through full product cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements and driving prioritization
• Proven record of successful product outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in digital advertising, marketing technology, or related domains
• Experience in one or more of the following: Onboarding/Growth hacking/Lifecycle management/Auto marketing/AI assistant
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy

• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with global and regional stakeholders- Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English - speaking regions as well as Chinese- speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese- speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross- cultural collaboration and market expansion.

Job InformationFor Pay Transparency Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165120 - $414000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
