About the Team
Tik Tok LIVE Team is committed to building real-time, interactive experiences that connect creators and audiences. As a new form of content, livestreaming delivers unique entertainment value, enables creators to deepen relationships with their fans, and provides diverse opportunities for growth and monetization. It also contributes to platform revenue and serves as a key infrastructure for expanding the creator ecosystem globally.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
Responsibilities
- Support the Creator Management team in developing and executing live streaming strategies through performance tracking, insight generation, and operational reporting.
- Assist in creator management by providing guidance and support to help creators optimize their content, grow audiences, and enhance monetization.
- Participate in event planning and reward operations, ensuring smooth execution and efficiency improvement through creative ideas and data-backed evaluation.
- Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams to enhance creator operations, community engagement, and overall content diversity.
- Conduct research on creator trends, market insights, and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth and platform innovation.
- Support VIP and top creator operations through on-call coordination, issue resolution, and proactive communication to strengthen creator relationships.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the live streaming and creator economy industries, with a solid understanding of current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Korean; English communication skills are preferred.
