Responsibilities:
As part of the Global Monetization Creative Product Team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling product adoption across Europe, empowering advertisers to unlock Tik Tok's full potential and driving sustained revenue growth through creative and innovative product solutions.
Our Advertiser Enablement is the gateway between Creative Product Teams and the EUI market, including both, Tik Toks's Global Business Solution Teams and our clients directly; we are the frontline for driving revenue, ensuring that Creative and Innovative Products are a lever for Tik Tok growth, and are adopted across our largest activations.
Our team is looking for an entrepreneurial, high-EQ creator- and product marketing expert, who can lead a team bringing our advertisers' visions to life.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance management, collaborating with product teams, creative partners, creative teams, and content creators in a commercial context, with a proven ability to influence advertisers to embrace creative and innovative solutions as a catalyst for business success. Candidates should be equally comfortable navigating C-Level strategic conversations, high-level campaign performance discussions with marketing directors and negotiating incentive plans with creative partners to drive sustained engagement.
- Own and lead creative, brand innovation and Commercial Partnership product strategy for the DACH market, driving revenue growth and maximizing product penetration.
- Lead on people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance management for the DACH team and actively form a collaborative but high performing results driven team culture
- Own and shape the relationship with Senior XFN-Stakeholders in the market, ensuring strategic alignment and a high level of buy-in for common targets.
- Represent the company in key industry events, advocating for our Product Solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Tik Tok's Creative Product Suite (Tik Tok One, Symphony, and others), providing insights and actionable recommendations to both internal teams and external clients.
- Cultivate deep relationships within Tik Tok's creative ecosystem, educating partners and clients on best practices while identifying key revenue-driving levers across the region
- Develop and refine monetization strategies by leveraging data trends and incorporating inbound feedback, continuously optimizing product performance to maximize revenue impact
- Track and analyze key performance indicators such as revenue, adoption rates, and customer retention, providing actionable insights to optimize product adoption and campaign performance
- Manage end-to-end creative product enablement across the demand side, ensuring seamless pre- and post-sales execution while maintaining strong partner relationships that drive long-term success

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, creative strategy, or advertising, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative creative product solutions and data-driven strategies.
- People management experience is a must.
- Direct experience managing the advertising RFP process with a strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, KPIs, and the ability to align proposals with client objectives.
- Demonstrated expertise in product and data analytics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations that optimize product performance and revenue growth.
- Strong experience in delivering persuasive and strategic presentations to senior-level clients at brands and ad agencies, effectively communicating product value and creative impact.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills across multiple channels, including executive-level briefings, client presentations, and internal stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to lead collaboration across cross-functional teams-including sales, product, and creative partners-to align on monetization goals and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
