About The Team:

We are seeking high-energy individuals that are passionate about working with our unprecedented monetization products, technology and data to bring inspirational research into real world applications, and present them to the senior executive leaders.

• Responsible for key research and business analysis of Tiktok monetization products. Evaluate business health, identify potential risks and major business opportunities from a global perspective, using statistical analysis, quantitative attribution and other methods.
• Participate in business goal setting, key direction decision-making and improve internal management efficiency by integrating various data and information based on comprehensive business logic across products, multiple platforms and multiple business forms.
• From the perspective of Tik Tok's monetization product global optimization and ROI efficiency, plan and establish key research topics. Collaborate with PM, engineering, sales, strategy team and other roles to deliver research results with clear conclusions and implementation plans, provide decision-making references for leaders and achieve data-driven business growth.
• Design comprehensive metrics framework for Tik Tok's commercial products and key business directions. Provide high-information-density business data insights for leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications
• 2-5 years industry experience and advanced degree in quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics) or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in SQL/Hive, R/Python; experience in using data visualization products; knowledge of quantitative attribution methods.
• Experience in cross-team cooperation; quickly adapting to complex environments; good communication skills; enthusiastic about data-driven approaches.
• Strong curiosity; sensitive to data; good at extracting insights from data.

Job InformationFor Pay Transparency Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $176356 - $395280 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
