Key Account Manager - TikTok Local Services

Tik Tok Local Services (Tik Tok GO) is a one-stop commerce solution that connects global users with local services through the creative use of Tik Tok POI (Points of Interest), short videos, LIVE, and search. It delivers valuable real-life experiences and inspires users to explore the world around them.

With the mission of "Discover great places, Empower local businesses" Local Services aims to be the most trusted platform to discover great places and connect local businesses. It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

1. 0-1 business development / partnership building, identify top and key local services partners in Food, QSR and Travel industries.
2. Drive Tik Tok adoptions and provide integration marketing solutions to customers and achieve industry deep cultivations.
3. Conduct customer visits, negotiate cooperation and contracts with key partners.
4. Partner with local service merchants in delivering high-quality content through short videos, live streaming, influencer match making to improve their sales / transactions.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree or above, previous relevant work experience, with preference for in either Travel, Food, or local service industries.
   2.Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Preferred Qualification

1. Strong customer relationship maintenance, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with preference for experience in the social media industry.
2. Prior team leading experience.
3. Preferably has experience in business development, account management, sales or partnership and with proven track record in delivering targets.
