About the Role

We are looking for a Sr. Partner Manager (TPA) to join our Monetization Product Partnerships team. The team's culture mirrors that of a small start-up; a team of entrepreneurs and leaders with an eye for what's next. In this role, you will work directly with partners in the data, measurement, media buying, and analytics ecosystems globally. Partner Managers will work closely with various internal stakeholders including product, BD, legal, marketing science, partner enablement, and marketing to develop new ways for consumers to interact with products, services and experiences they love.

The Channel Sales team at Tik Tok is dedicated to unlocking unprecedented growth via partnerships. This specific Partner Manager role is pivotal to our strategy, with a focus on both maintaining and expanding our relationships with key partners. If you are energized by the idea of working with SMB partners driving advertising innovation, this could be the perfect fit for you.

As a Launch Partner Manager, you will own the critical 0-to-1 phase for Tik Tok's most strategic Channel Partners across North America. You'll drive partners from contract execution through operational readiness and first revenue, ensuring they have the tools, workflows, and support needed to activate SMB advertisers efficiently and profitably. This role requires a unique blend of technical implementation expertise, operational discipline, and partner enablement skills to compress time-to-value and set partners up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and implementation to ensure operational readiness
  • Create foundational enablement materials and repeatable launch playbooks
  • Stand up core workflows (attribution, reporting, billing, escalation)
  • Drive rapid time-to-first-spend through early activation milestones
  • Remove onboarding blockers through cross-functional coordination
  • Capture launch feedback to improve scalability and efficiency
  • Establish performance baselines and handoff criteria for transition to SPMs
  • Produce initial success stories to support partner recruitment and scaling

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Many years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial strategy within digital advertising, martech, or SaaS
  • Proven success negotiating and managing large-scale partnerships or channel ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of SMB acquisition models and platform-driven revenue growth
  • Many years of experience in partner management, technical account management, partner operations, or implementation/onboarding, preferably within digital advertising, martech, or SaaS
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects, particularly partner onboarding, technical integrations, and go-to-market launches
  • Strong technical and operational knowledge of paid media platforms, SMB advertising models, and API-driven workflows (e.g., attribution, reporting, billing)
  • Experience creating enablement materials, documentation, and scalable playbooks from scratch

Preferred Qualifications

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial problem-solver with a strong strategic mindset, capable of balancing big-picture program building with hands-on execution
  • Exceptional relationship management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to coordinate and drive outcomes across multiple cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational, quantitative, and analytical skills, with a focus on establishing performance baselines and using data to improve processes
