The Data-TnS QA team is responsible for high product quality of Trust and Safety. We focus on testing and delivering high quality products of content safety and content understanding, which protect our users from harmful content and abusive behaviors. In this role, team members have the opportunity to validate, automate develop and manage the quality challenges both in development and production stage. Online Assessment

Responsibilities

• Work closely with RD peers to ensure project quality that meets functional and user experience standards and expectations.
• Continuously track and analyze quality issues, recommend insights, develop improvement plans, and collaborate with peers to improve quality performance.
• Collaborate with automation/stability QA teams to enhance internal tools/frameworks/platforms to make the team more productive.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Familiar with at least one programming language such as Python/Go/Java/C++
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills
• Strong cross-cultural awareness and effective collaboration with global teams across time zones
• Ability to work in a fast paced, iterative development environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Quality, Testing and R&D related work experiences or internships

Compensation

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118,657 - $187,200 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
