Delivery team serves as a vital force of delivery operations in Tik Tok Shop. Excelling in precise, prompt delivery operations, our aim is to ensure every package reaches its destination safely and swiftly. Committed to customer satisfaction, we navigate challenges with the spirit of efficiency & collaboration, embodying Tik Tok Shop's dedication to excellence in every delivery.

• Supervise and coordinate middle mile logistics activities, including transportation planning, route optimization, and scheduling.
• Lead and manage a team of drivers, logistics personnel, and other operational staff to ensure efficiency and safety in all activities.
• Monitor and track the movement of goods between facilities, ensuring all shipments arrive on time and in optimal condition.
• Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and distribution teams to maintain smooth handoffs of goods at various stages of transportation.
• Conduct regular inspections of transportation equipment (e.g., trucks, trailers) to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
• Maintain detailed records of transportation costs, performance metrics, and driver compliance.

• Work closely with external partners and vendors to coordinate services and resolve any third-party issues.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Middle Mile delivery operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management software.
• Strong understanding of logistics principles and first mile & last-mile delivery processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Experience in operations field & excellence topics other express logistics companies, preferably from Logistics companies
• Strong in problem solving skills and independent in driving initiatives from ideation to completion
• Strong personal skills. Willing to work closely with the operations team to execute changes
