As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities:

• Assist in configuring labels for content labelling in governance strategies.
• Support drafting of governance strategies and documentation.
• Help with communication with cross-functional teams (e.g. organise meetings) to ensure alignment.
• Help analyze content metrics to improve governance processes.
• Provide support in translating reports and other documents as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification(s):

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of curiosity and critical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and follow through on investigative tasks.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Experience in e-commerce or technology-related roles or prior exposure as an online seller or content creator on platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or SQL.
• Interest in platform governance, risk, or operational policy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
