Responsibilities:

• Drive the rollout of global frameworks by analyzing market nuances to design and execute the best GTM strategies for high program penetration (i.e Global Agency Badging Program)
• Design, launch, and execute tailored enablement programs and compelling narratives from scratch, equipping your agency ecosystem with the strategic solutions and key resources they need to maximize their growth on our platform.
• Coordinate closely with regional sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure total internal alignment and drive program championing across the organization.
• Act as the voice of your region, gathering insights and partner feedback to help central teams evolve our global product roadmaps and platform infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification(s)

• 5+ years of experience in business development, business operations, or program management in the advertising industry.

• Strong ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.

• Preferred Qualification(s)

• Strong understanding of the media agency landscape, mainly independent agencies.

• Proven ability to think creatively and build programs from the ground up to influence internal teams and external agency executives.

• Passion for SMB business
