About the Team:

The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with Tik Tok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.

Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the establishment and planning of LIVE creators communities, formulate reasonable community operation strategies to ensure the activity and user stickiness of the communities and promote the development of the communities.
2. Actively expand community user resources, attract precise target users to join the communities through various channels (such as online and offline activities, social media promotion, etc.), and complete community user growth targets.
3. Maintain the order of the communities on a daily basis, answer users' questions in a timely manner, handle user feedback and complaints, create a good community communication atmosphere and ensure a good user experience within the communities.

1. Plan and execute various community activities, such as topic discussions, online lectures, live skills education, go live tasks etc., to improve user participation and enhance users' sense of identity and belonging to the brand.5. Regularly collect, sort out and analyze community data, including but not limited to user activity, retention rate, content of remarks, etc. Optimize the community operation plan based on the data analysis results to improve the operation effect.6. Cooperate closely with other departments (such as the Marketing Department, Product Department, etc.) to complete relevant projects and promotion tasks and contribute to the overall business development of the company.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Have more than 3 year of working experience in community operation, be familiar with the processes and methods of community operation, and those with successful operation cases are preferred.
2. Possess excellent communication skills and copywriting abilities, be able to interact effectively with different types of users and write attractive activity copy, announcements, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Have strong data analysis skills, be able to identify problems and discover opportunities through data and provide strong support for operation decisions.
2. Be proficient in various community operation tools (such as management tools for We Chat communities, QQ communities and other platforms), and have certain event planning abilities.
3. Be careful and responsible at work, have a strong team spirit, be able to withstand certain work pressure and be passionate about community operation work.
