About the Role

We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Acquisitions, Education and Wagering vertical. Our CSMs are solutions experts for their verticals, partnering with internal teams to deliver exceptional results and solutions and to drive client success.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture and expand client relationships: Working with your Client Partner, the CSM will cultivate and elevator post-sale client connections, ensuring continued growth and satisfaction among advertisers.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships: Support regular business reviews, taking a consultative, forward-thinking approach to forge enduring client connections in partnership with the sales team.
  • Proactively enhance campaign performance through conducting in-depth investigation of accounts, monitoring and dissecting ad campaigns, initiating improvements for enhanced outcomes.
  • Drive data-backed insights to inform strategy and programs: Produce audience insights, analyse campaign performance data to produce data-driven business insights to enhance our go-to-market strategy and to inform vertical and market-wide programs.
  • Shape advertising strategy: Relay valuable marketplace feedback and contribute to refining our advertising strategy.
  • Program management: Oversee marketing science solutions from feasibility assessment to test and learn design and for creative programs.
  • Stay current with Tik Tok features: Maintain an updated knowledge base of Tik Tok's features and units.
  • Product consultancy: In partnership with the sales team, support education clients and agencies on product solutions, best practices, and ultimately fostering growth within existing business partnerships.
  • Cross functional collaboration: Engage and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in ad sales, marketing and development, or a sales-related support function.
  • Demonstrated experience of digital media platforms and ad metrics - particularly in the area of performance marketing (bonus for social/search/programmatic/and ad-tech).
  • Experience running app campaigns and a strong understanding of the app ecosystem.
  • Strong track record of analysing data and delivering insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, combined with the ability to convey technical jargon in a way that resonates with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Both cross-functional collaborator and an individual contributors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ad verification partners (IAS, DV, MOAT) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ad-tech, mar-tech related platforms such as Salesforce, Liveramp, and Adobe is a plus.
