Talent Acquisition Specialist (Third-party Associate) - Trust and Safety

About the Team:

You will be supporting our Trust & Safety business. Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels.
• Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency.
• Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate Tik Tok as a great place to work for all candidates.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Preferably with at least 2 years of recruitment experience from the tech industry, either in an agency, search firm or in-house.
