About Tik Tok Monetization Capital Platform

Our team is responsible for providing a suite of capabilities to support Tik Tok's advertising operations, including advertising billing, fund account management, fund marketing, fund settlement, and budget control. These capabilities aim to ensure the accuracy and security of advertisers' funds, enhance the efficiency of fund utilization for advertisers, and meet financial compliance requirements. In this team, you will see a direct link between your work, and the company's business success. Meanwhile, you have the opportunity to develop and manage the real-time-charges system for billing events at a scale of billions while simultaneously ensuring billing accuracy and a very high level of stability for the system.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing and developing applications related to Tik Tok's monetization capital business, which includes advertising billing, fund account management, fund marketing, fund settlement, and budget control.
• Contribute to resolving stability challenges encountered by the platform, including high concurrency, system scalability, and disaster recovery.
• Continuously optimize the system so that it can evolve rapidly with business needs and support business development.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures, and algorithms.
• Possessing a strong coding and documentation style.
• Familiar with common components such as MySQL, Redis, Flink, Elastic Search, Kafka, and RPC.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in software development, particularly with Java.
• Good at communication, sensitive to business, able to quickly understand the business background, and have an excellent ability to integrate technology and business.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118,657 - $187,200 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
