About the role
As a Product Policy Manager on Tik Tok's Trust & Safety team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and driving enforcement strategies that protect some of the platform's most vulnerable users. - Review graphic, sensitive, and potentially offensive video content to ensure policy compliance.
- Evaluate and improve training materials, while advocating for necessary tooling and technology enhancements to support enforcement efforts.
- Collaborate with policy, product, engineering, research, operations, legal, and public relations teams to innovate and evolve safety strategies, leveraging the latest industry developments and best practices.
