Responsibilities

Global Business Solutions is the advertising sales and monetization team within Tik Tok.
Tik Tok's Agency Partnership Team are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across the UK and Ireland, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within Tik Tok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a seamless experience for our users and develop deep connections with our shared brands.

Are you a strategic leader ready to champion the industry's largest media agency groups? Tik Tok is looking for an enthusiastic Agency Solutions Lead to head up our dedicated UK Big 6 Agencies team.
As a member of the UK Global Business Solutions leadership team, you will act as a vital bridge between Tik Tok and the media industry's dominant players. Working in close partnership with Agency Solutions Managers (ASM), Agency Partnership Managers (APM) and the Big 6 Agencies Group Leads, you will spearhead revenue growth and product mastery across a high-value portfolio. You will be responsible for ensuring that these agencies are not just utilising the platform, but are leading the market in best-practice execution and full-funnel product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Strategic Growth & Product Mastery
  • Exceed Revenue Targets: Develop and execute high-level growth strategies to meet and surpass revenue goals within the UK Big 6 Agency book of business.
  • Full-Funnel Adoption: Drive deep integration of Tik Tok's wide product mix, from branding and creator-led solutions to complex performance tools and commerce features.
  • Best Practices: Ensure every agency in your portfolio is operating at the "Gold Standard." This includes auditing campaign structures, creative optimisation, and the adoption of advanced measurement frameworks to ensure maximum ROI for their clients.

  • Education & Enablement: Roll out tailored education initiatives for agency groups, working closely with cross-functional partners to deliver best-in-class training programmes.

  • Leadership & Talent Development- Build a World-Class Team: Assemble, inspire, and mentor a high-performing Agency Solutions team. You will foster an inclusive environment that prioritises diversity and aligns with Tik Tok's core cultural values.

  • Consultative Excellence: Train your team to serve as elite external product consultants. You will empower them to educate agency partners on emerging product solutions, technical best practices, and innovative ways to scale existing businesses.

  • Cultivate Senior Partnerships- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Establish and nurture deep-rooted connections with senior stakeholders across the Big 6 UK Agency landscape.

  • Trust & Feedback: Maintain a continuous, transparent dialogue with agency partners to ensure their feedback reaches our product teams and that Tik Tok remains their most trusted partner.

  • Data-Driven Strategy & Innovation- Insight-Led Playbooks: Leverage data to identify shifting consumer trends and translate them into actionable playbooks. You will coach your team on data-driven campaign analysis and consultative selling at scale.

  • Operational Excellence: Manage the end-to-end growth strategy for your portfolio, ensuring flawless execution and a culture of iterative improvement based on real-world insights.

  • Cross-Functional Influence- Internal Advocacy: Build strong relationships with cross-functional leaders in Product, Marketing, Measurement, Creative, and Sales Ops. Serve as the definitive internal expert on the needs and nuances of UK Big 6 Agencies.

  • Thought Leadership: Provide external thought leadership as an industry expert, representing Tik Tok at key industry events and setting the trend for how Big 6 agencies can thrive in the short-form video era.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand marketing, with large client solutions teams.

  • Experienced in managing advertisers throughout the funnel and understanding their challenges.

  • Skilled in building relationships with top marketing decision-makers.

  • Proficient in data analysis and campaign performance assessment.

  • Experience with advertising agencies and hands-on understanding of ad products and technologies.

  • Leadership experience with people and teams.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent project management, organisational, and analytical skills.

  • Strong customer service skills in a client-facing role.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience in digital sales a plus.
