The Tik Tok Shop US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via Tik Tok. The team is responsible for building the Tik Tok Ecommerce partnership for the Tik Tok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe Tik Tok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end supplier onboarding processes, including documentation collection, qualification review, and system registration
- Consolidate, organize, and maintain supplier and service provider records to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate and track execution of contracts, and other procurement-related agreements
- Communicate directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely onboarding and issue resolution
- Assist with vendor master data management within procurement systems
- Provide administrative and analytical support for sourcing initiatives and supplier performance tracking
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor onboarding progress, compliance status, and procurement KPIs
- Identify opportunities to streamline procurement workflows and improve documentation processes
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, majors in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with familiarity with data cleaning and basic analysis
- Logical, detail-oriented, and able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and care
- Proven experience in organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to perform under pressure, and effective in team communication and collaboration
Preferred Qualification:
- Understanding of supplier lifecycle management and contract compliance processes
