About the Team

The data analytics team will be responsible for data analysis of Tik Tok e-commerce's US ecom logistics operations

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for data analysis of Tik Tok e-commerce's US logistics operations
2. Maintain & improve operation performance index; assist top management to monitor the weekly and bi-monthly operation performance; analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
3. Cooperate with logistics team to set strategy, e.g. Fulfillment network design, warehouse efficiency optimization, capacity management
4. Follow-up data analysis of operation teams in several overseas markets, support operation and provide optimization suggestions
5. Cooperate with Products and ETL teams to define system requirements, build data products, improve and roll-out product features to support business

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operation Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science
• Proficient in SQL and familiar with Python or R

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in US logistics or US E-Commerce site fulfillment process (Amazon FBA/SFP; Ebay/Walmart/Shopify) is a strong plus
• At least 5 years of working experience in logistics or supply-chain related data modeling analysis; Familiar with fulfillment network design, inventory management, US logistics carrier optimization
• High energy, self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment

Compensation

Base Salary Range (Annually): $167,538 - $312,867

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
