Recruiters at Thoughtworks own the end-to-end recruiting journey including sourcing talent and shepherding candidates through the process, acting as evangelists for both candidates and Thoughtworks alike. Job responsibilities

  • You will create sourcing strategies and actively source prospects and interact with candidates, expertly pitching and positioning Thoughtworks along the way.
  • Embrace our inclusive hiring strategy, going above and beyond to approach prospective candidates from diverse backgrounds and provide a bias-free hiring process.
  • You will collaborate with Talent Operators, Recruitment Marketers and more to continually evolve our day-to-day hiring practices, ensuring that our ever-evolving recruitment process is a positive experience for our candidates .
  • You will use our ATS (Greenhouse)—that is also integrated with data, delivery and HR platforms—to provide a smooth experience for candidates while making sure that data is clean and established processes are followed.
  • You will collaborate with leadership, communities and recruiting operations to ensure a smooth flow of interviewers and proactive problem solving where necessary.
  • You will use data and insights to improve your productivity and influence your immediate stakeholders in decision making.
  • Candidate experience is always top of mind and you will use a combination of data, storytelling, process improvement and ideation to continuously make the recruiting process more engaging.
  • You will act as a Thoughtworks ambassador and create a meaningful experience by leveraging content and resources that are on brand.
  • You will help others grow their careers by providing guidance and sharing your skills and expertise.

Job qualifications

Technical Skills

  • You have end-to-end recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have top-notch sourcing skills with platforms like LinkedIn and you understand the importance of a strong individual sourcing plan backed up with data.
  • You confidently identify talking points that resonate with candidates and use influencing skills to ensure alignment between talent and stakeholders.
  • You can successfully manage relationships between multiple business groups including hiring teams and business partners.
  • You can think analytically, read data, draw insights and propose improvements to the team.
  • You understand talent market trends and confidently conduct analysis of the recruitment landscape.
  • You regularly use your understanding of business and market to influence and drive recruitment decisions.

  • You take pride in your work and how you recruit; you have a high level of accountability and have been responsible for making hires to help your team meet hiring targets.
