Senior Software Engineer - AI II
We Delivers technology and product engineering capabilities for Thomson Reuters' Tax, Accounting, and Practice business. Supports the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of products serving tax, accounting, audit, and practice-management professionals. Enables the delivery of scalable product and technology solutions across Thomson Reuters' Tax, Accounting, and Practice portfolio.
About the role:

Lead the technical execution of AI projects, including architecture decisions, roadmap alignment, and delivery oversight.
-
Optimize AI performance through advanced techniques including domain-specific adaptation of third-party models and algorithms.
-
Deliver scalable AI/ML solutions using emerging technologies and best practices in MLOps and LLMOps.
-
Design and implement continuous monitoring of application and user behavior to support product insights and prioritization
-
Stay abreast of AI developments and encourage learning and adoption of relevant technologies
-
Act as a thought leader by contributing to internal forums, representing the team in areas of AI expertise, and influencing technical direction.
About you:

Minimum 5+ years of python experience.
-
Minimum 3+ years of machine learning experience.
-
Work experience with data science libraries like num Py, Pandas, Matplotlib.
-
Work experience on Scikit-learn framework.
-
Work experience on Tensorflow or Pytorch.
-
Work experience with document analysis, computer vision and NLP problems.
-
Building AI Agent
-
Work experience of MLOps tools.
-
Exposure/work experience on .Net and C#.
-
Experience with cloud platform (preferably Azure).
