About the Role:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements using Agile methodologies.
- Conduct gap analysis and process modeling to define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise standards in collaboration with Business Process Owners and Solution Architects.
- Expertise in business analysis techniques and Agile/Scrum practices.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and CPQ / Order Capture solutions (Conga or similar).
- Familiarity with SAP integration concepts and pricing workflows.
- Proficiency with Lucidchart and Azure Dev Ops.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Strong critical and analytical thinking with ability to perform root-cause analysis and recommend scalable solutions
- Manage backlog refinement, grooming, and estimation for features.
- Partner with Product Owners to prioritize work based on business value and technical complexity.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
About You:
- 5+yrs Experience.
- Act as the domain expert for Order Capture and CPQ processes.
- Advise on platform capabilities vs. customizations for Conga.
- Validate designs and confirm technical feasibility with Solution Architects and technical teams.
- Clarify true user needs and challenge assumptions when necessary.
- Break down complex problems into actionable requirements and evaluate solution tradeoffs.
- Anticipate edge cases and failure modes; ensure requirements address exceptions and data quality issues.
- Synthesize stakeholder input into clear decisions and document rationale.
- Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Drive issues to closure and maintain accountability for deliverables.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in requirements gathering.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
