We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented and proactive Senior Process Associate to join our Team. The role involves document analysis, template creation, data extraction, validation, and technical support for internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, Root cause analysis skill, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with OCR automation workflows.

About the Role:

In this role as a Senior Process Associate, OCR (US Tax), you will be responsible for

• Perform document analysis and data extraction using third-party application.

• Verify and validate the data extracted from the document by using in-house applications.

• Update system configurations in accordance with new document formats or regulatory changes.

• Troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and manage updates across various environments.

• Coordinate with internal staff and end-users to address concerns and requirements.

• Respond promptly to reported issues and provide effective resolutions.

• Achieve assigned targets and goals with accuracy and efficient planning.

• Prepare and execute test cases and test plans for software updates and integrations.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and resolutions.

About You: You’re a fit for the role of Senior Process Associate, OCR (US Tax)if you have:

• 1-3 years of experience in US Tax with experience working on OCR platforms, document processing.

• Basic understanding and familiarity with US tax laws and regulations is an advantage.

• Experience working with OCR platforms, document processing, or automation tools is preferred.

• Experience with software testing and quality assurance processes.

• Experience in tax software integration and application development is preferred.

• Moderate proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of JAVA / VB Scripts and SQL queries.

• Quick learner with adaptability to new challenges.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Willingness to work extended hours and on holidays, as required.

• You are comfortable working in 8:30 am to 5:30 PM IST shift timings. Working days will be Monday to Friday but during the tax season you are required to work Monday to Saturday, and shift may change basis the business requirement.
