Head of Delivery – Greater China & Korea (PS项目主管 –中国和韩国)

About the Role
In this opportunity as Head of Delivery – Greater China & Korea, you will:
- Own end-to-end project delivery across the GCR & Korea region, leading a geographically dispersed team of senior project managers and project managers to successfully implement Thomson Reuters products for enterprise customers.
- Drive portfolio profitability and performance, managing financial KPIs including revenue recognition, utilization, margins, and quarterly revenue targets, while ensuring strong client satisfaction (CSAT), upsells, and retention.
- Establish and champion strong project governance, guiding clients through implementation, adoption, and retention of Thomson Reuters solutions while serving as a trusted senior advisor.
- Partner with Sales leadership to support pipeline planning, pre-sales scoping and estimates, and delivery capability growth aligned with business opportunities in the region.
- Build and manage strategic partner relationships across the region to strengthen Thomson Reuters' market position and support successful project delivery.
- Lead, develop, and retain a world-class team, recruiting and mentoring project managers and consultants, empowering direct reports, and fostering self-sufficient, high-performing teams in a matrix environment.
- Collaborate globally and drive solutions, working with peers across the globe, influencing favorable outcomes through a win-win mindset, and finding creative solutions to complex management, technology, and people challenges.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Head of Delivery – Greater China & Korea if you have the following required qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in project management, professional services, software development, or consulting within a client-facing organization, with proven experience managing software and SaaS implementations for enterprise customers in the region.
- Demonstrated experience providing Delivery, Program, Project, or Practice Management leadership in a global organization, including managing geographically dispersed teams in a matrix structure.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to foresee, analyze, and mitigate project risks, and make quick, high-impact decisions under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with a track record of managing complex customer escalations and driving conversations to resolution.
- Proven ability to develop and execute implementation methodologies for large services organizations, with experience managing portfolio-level financials including revenue, cost, and profitability.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to engage in high-level technical discussions to drive alignment and closure across stakeholders.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Accounting (or equivalent experience).
Additional preferred qualifications include:
- End-to-end understanding of tax automation with third-party tax software and enterprise ERP platforms such as Oracle or SAP (both on-premise and cloud with Compliance).
- Industry domain knowledge in process and tax for high-tech manufacturing, retail, and/or financial services.
- Experience building strategic partner ecosystems in the GCR region to support delivery scale and market positioning.
