법률 전문가가 직접 큐레이션 한 Gold Data의 설계·구축을 주도하는 동시에, 기술 조직과 긴밀히 협업하여 AI의 핵심 결과물 품질을 평가하고 지속적으로 개선함으로써, 법률 전문가들이 기대하는 높은 수준의 AI 품질을 충족시키는 데 기여합니다.

본 역할의 후보자는 기업 법무 실무를 형성하는 법령 체계와 주요 판례에 대한 깊은 이해를 갖추고, 기업 법무 부서와 외부 법률 자문이 실제 업무 환경에서 법률 리서치를 수행하고 고도의 법적 판단을 내리는 방식에 대한 실무 경험 기반의 통찰을 보유해야 합니다.

주요 업무

• 내부 및 외부 이해관계자와 협업하여 LAWnB의 AI 기반 법률 리서치 기능 및 관련 기술 개발을 주도
• 법률 AI 품질 검증을 위한 Gold Set(대표 질문, 기준 답변, 평가 기준) 설계 및 관리
• Gold Set 기준에 따라 AI 검색, 요약, 생성형 결과물의 품질을 평가
• 법률 전문가 관점에서 프롬프트 및 검색·검색결과(retrieval results)를 검토하고 개선
• AI 엔지니어 및 프로덕트 매니저와 긴밀히 협업하여 품질 평가 결과를 제품 개선 사항으로 연결
• 로펌 변호사, 사내변호사 등 실제 법률 실무자의 관점에서 AI 결과물 검증 및 반영

자격 요건

• 법학 학위 소지 및 대한민국 변호사 자격증 보유
• 로펌, 기업 법무팀, 법률 콘텐츠 또는 지식관리 분야에서의 법률 리서치 실무 경험
• 판례·법령·해설 등을 활용한 심층 리서치 수행 역량
• Boolean 검색 및 고급 법률 검색 기법에 대한 전문성
• 강하고 유연한 분석적 사고 능력 및 문제의 체계적 구조화 역량
• 도전적 과제에 직면 시, 팀워크와 주도적 사고를 바탕으로 끈기 있게 해결책 모색하는 태도

Legal AI Analyst, LAWnB AI (5-6 Months Part-Time)

LAWnB AI is transforming how legal professionals conduct research by combining deep legal expertise with advanced AI technologies. As a Legal AI Analyst, you'll sit at the intersection of law and technology — working with world-class AI engineers and product teams to ensure our AI-driven legal research tools meet the exacting standards of modern legal practitioners. This is a rare opportunity to directly influence how AI is designed, evaluated, and refined for the Korean legal market.

There are three positions available for this role.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Legal AI Analyst, you will:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the development of AI-powered legal research features and related technologies on LAWnB
• Design, build, and manage Gold Sets — including representative queries, reference answers, and evaluation criteria — for legal AI quality assurance
• Evaluate AI search, summarization, and generative outputs against Gold Set standards to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Review and refine prompts and retrieval results from a legal subject matter expert perspective
• Partner closely with AI engineers and product managers to translate quality findings into tangible product improvements
• Validate AI outputs through the lens of practicing lawyers, law firms, and in-house counsel to ensure real-world applicability

About You

You're a fit for the role of Legal AI Analyst if you have the following required qualifications:

• A law degree and qualification as a licensed Korean attorney (Korean Bar)
• Hands-on experience in legal research across law firms, in-house legal teams, legal content, or knowledge management
• Strong ability to conduct complex legal research using cases, statutes, and secondary sources
• Expertise in Boolean and advanced legal search methodologies
• Strong and flexible analytical thinking skills with the ability to structure complex problems clearly
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with the perseverance to work through challenging tasks as part of a team

Additional preferred qualifications include:

• Experience building or using Gold Sets for AI or AI-assisted research evaluation
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based services, including prompt creation, refinement, or evaluation
• Familiarity with in-house or corporate legal workflows such as compliance review, contract analysis, internal advisory work, or risk assessment
• Some experience with dispute resolution procedures
• Proven cross-functional collaboration experience with engineering and product teams
