About the role
AI Product Trainer
Are you passionate about AI and looking for an exciting new opportunity? Thomson Reuters is looking for an enthusiastic AI Product Trainer to join our ANZ Customer Training Team.
In this role, you'll partner closely with our sales teams to develop and deliver strategies that encourage product adoption and maximise usage. You'll also support customers through onboarding and training for our generative AI software, while managing customer accounts to ensure their training needs are understood and met.
This role will be based in Sydney.About the Role
In this opportunity as AI Product Trainer, you will:

Deliver engaging onboarding and training experiences that help customers confidently use our software, including tailored programs designed to meet specific client needs.

Build strong customer relationships through regular check-ins to understand goals, identify training opportunities, and ensure ongoing support.

Support customers with research queries, helping them get the most value from our products and services.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Commercial, to share customer insights and help shape continuous improvement.

Develop long-term customer success strategies that enhance satisfaction, strengthen engagement, and support customer retention.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of AI Product Trainer if your background includes:

A law degree is mandatory. We are open to recent graduates who are interested in building a career in legal technology.

Experience in legal technology, or a strong understanding of the legal technology landscape, is desirable.

Experience delivering training and engaging with customers or clients in a professional environment is desirable
-
A strong interest in learning and applying new technologies, software, and AI-enabled solutions.
-
Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive and proactive approach, and a genuine commitment to solving problems and supporting customers.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to projects and initiatives.

You enjoy working on cross-functional teams and contributing to projects.
